No hard cap. The batch engine processes 100 k–300 k rows per hour and jobs are queued automatically. Upload once, receive results via webhook when complete. Growth plan and above supports multiple concurrent batch jobs — useful for quarterly CRM hygiene sprints where you want to segment the list by region and process all at once.

We use passive SMTP probing — a standard RCPT TO handshake that any legitimate mail server expects. We never send a message or trigger any user-facing notification. Domain-level rate limiting (≤5 concurrent connections per domain) ensures our probes are indistinguishable from normal mail-server traffic.

The output CSV uses the same row order as your input, with appended columns: ec_status, ec_risk_score, ec_did_you_mean, ec_verified_at. Map these to HubSpot custom contact properties or Salesforce lead fields in your import mapper. We also publish a Zapier integration that auto-syncs verification results without manual CSV handling.
